tintii description:
A smart photo filter for striking colour select effects. Also known as colour popping, think of Schindler’s List’s little girl in red, or the dramatic style of Sin City. Available as both a standalone program, and as a Photoshop plug-in (requires registration).
tintii will provide users with easy-to-use colour pop and selective colour photo effects, and local hue, saturation and lightness adjustments.
The unique ability of tintii is to automatically detect the major colours in a photo, rather than fixing you to a rigid set of colours or requiring you to make manual selections. This makes adjustments quick, easy, and more precise than other means.
